Specialising in the health, fitness and wellbeing in females and older adults
I've been fortunate in the last 30 years to have trained almost every age and ability. The experience from children, elderly, disabled (mental/ physical), rehab, teenage, mums, using boxing, step, weights, functional fitness, group fitness, choreographed classes, aqua aerobics, yoga, pilates, tai chi, circuits, indoors and outdoors and so on, has given me an invaluable, never-ending fountain of ideas and an ability to understand where most people are at physically and mentally , therefore being able to meet them at their level and train from there.
